Even if we eat a “clean” diet most of the time, we are constantly bombarded by environmental pollutants, EMF, and chemicals in household cleaning agents or skin care products. All these pollutants are toxic to our cells. Thankfully, our bodies are equipped with natural mechanisms to get rid of these foreign invaders. However, should our exposure be greater than our systems can handle, toxins start to build up.
