The Process
Analysis
We’ll start by reviewing your stress levels, the general state of your mental health, and your nervous system’s ability to manage stress by clipping a sensor to your finger to register your heart rate variability. Throughout our sessions together, repeated simple one-minute assessments of your heart rate will be conducted to monitor progress.
