Smoked Salmon Salad

Makes 2 Servings | 10 Min. Prep | 15 Min. Cooking

Ingredients:

    •    1/2 Avocado, sliced

    •    2 Eggs 

    •    3 cups Mixed Greens

    •    100 grams Smoked Salmon

    •    2 Tbsp Avocado Oil

    •    Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste) 

Tools:

    •    Small pot with lid

    •    Large bowl 

    •    Kitchen knife and cutting board  

Method:

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in small pot of cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove them from heat. Cover and let stand for 12 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cool, peel and slice into halves.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl. Toss gently before serving. Enjoy!
