Wild Salmon Cucumber Bites 

Please, please do not use a farmed salmon variety. It is environmentally destructive, the taste is abhorrent as is the overall nutritional content.

Makes 2 Servings | 5 Min. Prep | 0 Min. Cooking

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cucumber sliced

  • 1 Tsp Cardamom

  • 100 grams Smoked Salmon

  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Tools:

  • spoon, kitchen knife and cutting board

Method:

  1. Assemble and enjoy!
